  • We aim to deliver all orders same day, and normally within a few hours. We recommend ordering the day before to secure your preferred delivery window, especially in the warmer months.

  • ​For most deliveries, there is a delivery charge. The charge depends on the volume being delivered and the suburb it is being delivered to. Please ask about delivery charges when you place your order.

  • There are approx. 2 meters per tonne of firewood.

  • Most people buy between 1 and 3 tonnes of firewood for a Melbourne winter. However, the exact amount depends on how often you use it, for how long, and if you burn it all day or just at night. Our friendly staff can help you figure out how much you'll need. Contact them today!
